You can move around freely in the Niessing webshop and obtain information on every article without registering. When you would like to place an order, you must register first.
2. I cannot register because the country I live in is not displayed.
In certain cases, you cannot register as a customer. You may live in a country where Niessing jewelry is sold exclusively through specialized retailers. This includes many countries in Europe as well as Japan and Korea. A list of our retailers in the corresponding countries can be found on www.niessing.com - Store Finder.
3. I need additional information on an article.

4. When will my goods by shipped?
After receipt of your payment, we prepare your order. Please expect three weeks, for special creations approximately four weeks. We will inform you as soon as your jewelry is ready and can be shipped.
5. Do I have to pay customs fees?
According to the international customs regulations, goods must pass through customs clearance. This is a complicated process. For this reason, we make it simple and handle the customs clearance for you.
6. How can I return or exchange an article?
We manufacture all jewelry pieces of gold and platinum individually and exclusively on order. For this reason, these are excluded from exchanges. If a ring size does not fit or you would like to exchange a piece of stainless steel jewelry, please contact us by e-mail or telephone to coordinate the details. We are also happy to call you back.
7. What do I do if the ring size does not fit?

8. Reimbursement of the purchase price upon return
As soon we receive the returned article and have inspected it to verify that it is intact, we will reimburse the purchase price to you.
